Jayachandran G K graduated in Commerce from the D G Vaishnav College, under the university of Madras in the year 1980. The pursuit of accountancy then led him to qualify professionally and he was accepted as member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1986. He has been practicing the profession since May 1986.
He has set up offices in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Over a span of more than three decades he has assiduously built his practice and has been fortunate enough to have some of India’s well-known corporates as his clients. These include the Housing Division of LIC of India, the State Bank of India and the financial wing of the TATA’s viz Tata Financial Services Ltd
He is an Ex-Rotarian and while he was in the Rotary Club of Bhagyanagar 3020 at Hyderabad where he was part of the team that took up the task of spreading awareness about HIV and Aids during 1990-93. Subsequently he shifted to Chennai where he has been very active in organising Blood Donation Camps for the Govt Children’s Hospital at Egmore known as the ICH. Well known corporates such J K Tyres Ltd and TVS Sundaram Fasteners utilise his services on a pro-bono basis to organise their Blood Donation Camps.
He is well travelled and has been to the USA several times. Other countries that he has visited are Dubai and Philippines. Within India he is widely travelled across the Southern India and in the north to Mumbai, Darjeeling, Delhi, Gangtok and Kolkata. His love for languages has made him proficient in speaking Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil.
His penchant for a social connect between India and the USA made him become a member of the Indo American Association since 2008. He was in the Executive Committee for more than 6 years during which period he was the treasurer for 4 years.
