Ramaswamy Mohan (67) has been a journalist for 44 years. He first reported cricket from around the world for 25 years for The Hindu group of publications. Since amoving on to higher responsibilities in the profession, he has been editing the Chennai and Tamil Nadu editions of the popular daily Deccan Chronicle for 13 years after the newspaper took wings in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The author of authoritative articles on cricket, R. Mohan now writes on a 360 degree variety of subjects in columns and editorials in the Deccan Chronicle and The Asian Age, besides a cricket column on the latest events. The internationally known writer will be aiding the PR and promotional activities of Friends of America in honorary capacity.
