Mr. R. Premanayakam a Chartered Accountant by profession and Chairman of Miracle Consultancy Private Limited. Was holding office as General Secretary from 1999 – 2016. Mr. Premanayakam is a financial consultant for many multinational companies and played a key role in bringing Korean and Taiwan companies to establish manufacturing facilities in India. During his service as General Secretary he felicitated the visiting Charge D’ Affaires Mr. Al Thibault and Stephen White and Jeffrey Pyatt. Mr. Premanayakam was coordinating with Mayor of San Antonio and arranged the visit of Mayor Phil Hardberger to visit chennai with his wife to sign a MOU for sister city program. He arranged a meeting with the Govt of Tamil Nadu and the then Mayor Mr. Subramaniam signed an MOU with the Mayor of San Antonio. Mr. David Hopper Consul General presiding over this function greatly appreciated the initiative and excellent work of the General Secretary Mr. R. Premanayakam.
