After completing his tenure as Group Government Affairs Officer at Tata Sons in October 2022, Tanmoy established CCSPL to help small, medium, and international enterprises engage effectively with Indian and global governments. The firm focuses on driving technology-led collaborations that align with India’s modernization and digital transformation goals. Throughout his career, Tanmoy has led several landmark e-governance and transformation programs — including MCA21, Passport Seva, and digital tax modernization initiatives in India, East Africa, and the United
States — reflecting his deep expertise in public sector reform, digital governance, and strategic government partnerships.
